INGREDIENTS: 600g of lamb chops; 150g of black olives; 10 hillside cherry tomatoes; 1 lemon; 1 bay leaf; 1 chilli pepper; 2 garlic cloves; salt; extra virgin olive oil.
PREPARATION: 1. Pour a few tablespoons of oil into a frying pan and heat it up with 2 cloves of garlic; 2. Add the ribs and brown on both sides, add salt and squeeze lemon over the meat; 3. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half, add them to the meat and cook for a few minutes; 4. Add chilli pepper; 5. Add bay leaves and oregano; 6. Top with olives and finish cooking.
